A fantastic new vacancy has arisen to join our Operations team at Bury St Edmunds, We are recruiting experienced administrators to support the smooth running of our ambulance stations. In this critical role you will support the Operational Managers with their administration, in order to allow them greater capacity to carry out their broader operational duties. Applicants who were unsuccessful for this position within the last 3 months need not apply. Your main responsibilities will include looking after all the administrative duties to facilitate the smooth running of the stations. Main duties include; • Being the single point of contact for staff queries • Liaising with Payroll • Minute Taking • Facilitating planning for staff to attend training • Produce reports as and when required Full list of duties can be found in the job description.
